HP Smart Mobility Module – Great way to print wirelessly
We at Advantage Laser Products, Inc. were invited to view some of HP’s “soon to be released” technologies last week. While much of the tech was covered under nondisclosure, here is one little device we are very excited about.
The HP 1200w Smart Mobility Module. 
This little box is a wireless print access point for all your mobile devices. It connects to any HP printer with a USB connection, and allows wireless printing from your mobile device. Either via wifi, or the new near-field communication technology. As an added bonus, it is 100% secure. The connection is encrypted, AND it never crosses your corporate network, since the communication happens directly between your smartphone and the access point. Allow your users and guests to print, without letting them on your network. We are begging HP to give us one of these to play with pre-release. Expect to see these in the wild late this year.
