Flat Rate Shipping on Check Paper – a thing of the past.
For years we’ve offered flat rate shipping on our check paper $8 / 1,000 for phone in orders. This year we planned to up it to $9 / 1,000, but we felt that wasn’t really fair. Our shipping cost for check stock varies from $7.41 to $13.37 depending on whether you are in Georgia or California. Every year FedEx / UPS increases our shipping cost around 6%. Some years we’ve done nothing, others we’ve increased the cost.
If you’ve ordered from our website, it has always calculated the by retrieving them from the FedEx site real time. But for phone orders for simplicity we just had a flat rate which benefited some while penalizing others depending on the distance from our warehouse.
Our new system uses actual FedEx published rates. We do not markup shipping or add any “handling” charges. Here is a sheet with detailed check paper ground rates. We’ve also adopted the new real time system for pre-printed check for QuickBooks, Quicken and more.
Note: if you are located in Alaska and Hawaii, we can give you 2 day air to ship your check stock for the same price as ground.

We are proud to release both MICR and standard high yield toner cartridges for the HP P3015 series of laser printers. The high yield toner cartridge prints 12,500 pages at 5% coverage and offers a considerable cost per page savings over the CE255A toner cartridge. We were happy to see that HP did not make some models that could accommodate the high yield cartridge while other models only used the standard yield cartridge. So the high yield cartridge fits all P3015 series laser printers.

We’re Open – Snow Melting – Back in Business!
The snow has melted and we are back. We were able to ship some product on Wednesday, mostly MICR Toner Cartridges. Today we will get 90% of the backlog taken care of which mainly consists of check paper orders. Friday we will be back to our usual, which is ship 99% of all orders the same day they are placed. We hated to get behind, but the safety of our employees, plus the fact that both UPS and FedEx were not running prevented us from shipping. Thanks for being patient!
Advantage CLOSED Wednesday Due to Winter Weather
Third day in a row we are closed. Both UPS and FedEx are not running. We received 6 inches of snow, but whats made it worse is that it started melting and when we were down to 2 inches of slush the cold front moved in. So we have two inches of ice everywhere. The yards look like snow, but it’s really white ice. We’re shooting to open on Thursday, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. This is really bad timing as this is busy season for us and the orders are stacking up. A few employees have been working remotely and have processed the email and online orders, so once we open we will have plenty of MICR Toner and Check Paper to ship. Thanks again for your patience.
